  • Great walking tour. Really enjoyed Tebee and the history Wish we could have gone in a few of the Churches.

  • Kevin was great. Extremely knowledgeable and one of a few people actually from Asheville. No question was off limits to discuss. He knew the history of the native people who occupied the land first. Nice pace and right at 2 hours.

  • We had an excellent tour guide who shared a great deal of history from the beginnings of Asheville to present. We had a beautiful day which added to the experience.

  • Mary was very knowledgeable about the history of Asheville, and there were several points I would have never known by just walking around by myself.

  • Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and funny we had a great time and got so much out of the two hours

  • The tour was interesting and very informative about the history of Asheville. It gave us a much better appreciation of the forces that have shaped the culture and development of this beautiful city. The guide, Tebbe, seemed very well informed and answered all the questions thoroughly that people asked. Well worth the time and cost.

  • This tour provided a wonderful overview of Asheville and its history. Our guide, Kevan, is an Asheville native and he could not have been more friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the city and provided great tips on places to visit. My particular interest is architecture, and I was happy we were able to see so many of the city's historic buildings. This tour is an excellent value, and a must for history and architecture buffs.

  • You will LOVE this walking tour. Tebbe' is a storyteller and historian and really knows his stuff. He easily fielded questions from our small group, and provided us with two-plus hours of information about Asheville and its inhabitants. I would recommend this to anyone living in or visiting Asheville.

  • Guide seemed unprepared. Advertised as 1 hour 45 minutes but lasted 90. Didn’t return to starting point

  • Our guide was very political... anti American in opinion which he mentioned more than once
He was full of many facts ... too many in our opinion
The tour could have been so much better with no political opinions and more of a light hearted overview
And more walking ... our guide was off putting and very full of himself
We have been on many tours and this was very painful to endure
We wanted to leave after the first hour
No one in our group laughed at any of his attempts to be funny
    2 groups left early
