We did a 2 day rental. On the second day, 2 people in the group had issues with their boots staying snug. They sent someone out to exchange the boots which had a hidden clasp they said had loosened during transit and showed us how to fix it. Why didn’t they show us this before?!? We exchanged the boots and were told the equipment one us us had was wrong. They were too big for her height and exchanged her skis and poles. Which was great however when she went back on the slopes, she had the same issues and she has skied many times before. Not her first time. So her all day $175 ski lift pass went to waste. We have tried to speak with the owner via phone call and email yet they have not responded. We have spoken to many employees that have been courteous but the owner has not responded back to us which means they don’t care. DON’T INVEST IN A BUSINESS WHERE THE OWNER DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!
