  • Our guide was a genuinely nice person and made the experience more fun and interesting.Se is also a great driver. We saw some beautiful and interesting things and places. S. Williams was our guide and she is the best.

  • It was a great weekend with the areas we visited and our driver was very knowledgeable about the city.

  • It was a great tour, our guide, Shelly was wonderful. Very informative, I learned a lot. Definitely would recommend

  • Shelly, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing.
Best tour ever!!!!! On a scale of 1-10 she was a 100.

  • Shelly was the best tout guide in Atlanta!

  • Our tour operator was Great Exploration Tours and they were fantastic! Lots of personal touches and a great tour four a very thorough Atlanta experience.

  • The tour was exceptional. Our guide Shelly was awesome and so knowledgeable. We enjoyed her narration and the information she provided. Will be happy to refer others!

  • Shelly is great,sweet guide.
We had terrible weather. But if a bummer.
Margaret Mitchell house is very interesting, worth the visit.
Swan house, wasn't guided... wish it was.
The museum was really just visiting the farm, and farm life
    No tine inside actual museum.
You need to book it on your own.

  • Had a great time. Our tour guide was excellent and even dropped us at a recommended restaurant at the end of the tour. Would definitely recommend.

  • This tour was amazing!!

  • This is a wonderful tour !! Enjoyed every minute of it. The saying goes you learn something NEW every day so take this tour and start learning now.. Thank you !!

  • This tour was amazing!

  • Especially enjoyed the Swan House and working farm

  • My tour guide is awesome. She toured us through Margaret Mitchell's house. I am amazed by her professional knowledge in her field. I'd give her 4 star for sure.

  • This was the highlight of our trip. our guide Stephanie was wonderful. The architecture is simply fantastic, and the furnishings are mostly original as well. The reenactors are entertaining and knowledgeable.

  • Fabulous tour! Guide added an extra stop at the Governor's House. The house was beautiful and we were lucky to glimpse the Governor and First Lady as they went about the business of the day. Other stops included the Atlanta Museum, Swan House, Tullie Smith Farmhouse and Margaret Mitchell house. Guide and Driver were professional, friendly and helpful. A great day!

  • I loved this tour.I spent the day seeing Atlanta through the Civil War, an 1880's working farm, a 1930 mansion, a wood cabin, and gardens with time for lunch at the carriage house. The tour ended with visiting the Margaret Mitchell site and seeing info on Gone with the Wind. My driver/ tour director had information to share about the city.

  • A good tour to take if you only have a 1/2 day and want to see some of the historical sights in Atlanta. It definitely will give you a good taste of Atlanta's history. Our tour guide was great, efficient and helpful. I would book a similar tour elsewhere again. Thank you.

  • The tour was great. We had a rough time getting started as our driver was 1 hour late to pick us up.

  • We saw the Margaret Mitchell home and we were able to tour the Swan House on this tour. Since we didn't have a car, it was helpful to be able to do the tour. The only negative was they changed drivers for the return trip from the Swan House and she was late so we thought she forgot to pick us up.

  • Tour was "OK" the guide wasn't very knowledgeable and we missed part of the museum

  • To tell the truth, the historical homes tour wasn't a tour at all. It was a self-guided tour of the history museum which included two of the homes and then a separate drive to the Margaret Mitchell residence. The description led me to believe that this was a guided tour emphasis on guided of three distinctive homes of southern roots. But the tour was merely a drive service to the history museum and the Margaret Mitchell house. There was no guided, it was self-guided. This tour was definitely not worth the money we paid, in actual it was double the price if we would have just done the exhibits separately. I am extremely disappointed because I have used Viator before and had great experiences, this was not one of those times.
