  • Jennifer was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Able to answer questions. She interacted perfectly with my 11 and 12 year olds. This was a great way to explore downtown Austin and learn a little of its history. So much fun, we greatly enjoyed the tour! Thank you Jennifer!

  • Gloria was awesome she was very pleasant and informative.....we had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour. My 11 son loved it!

  • The guide Alec is a great and friendly guy! Very courteous and made wonderful recommendations about where to go after. Alec started off the tour by stating that he really doesn’t believe in ghosts, that kind of was a downer. Some people on the tour got to carry around gadgets, but not everyone got the opportunity. I would have paid extra but didn’t get the option via Viator. Alec liked to talk while on the move, but if you were near the back of the line, it was hard to hear. Also when we were at a location it was hard to hear because of regular street noise. It was really hard to follow the stories. Again, Alec was great and seemed to try his best. He seemed green in this field. Not my favorite ghost tour, learned very little history and didn’t get that good ole spooky feeling.
