Driver arrived right on time, the SUV was clean. Very professional service. I will use again.
The Customer service person who answered the phone when the car service was not located was rude and not helpful. She should be trained to have better customer service and better manners!
Driver was not in the lobby on the specified pick up time. he did not even inform the hotel lobby personnel that he is waiting on the street. he could have easily done so since there was a driver and a driver/trainee who could have stayed with the car. When the number indicated in the voucher was called, female named Nikki answered from a New York number. She should have better phone manners! Personnel assigned to handle customers should have better customer service orientation and should be more helpful.
