  • • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

  • Our driver was AWESOME!!!!!, We can't brag enough about him, him drove us to our condo, and when it was time to leave a few days later we had the same one. It was nice having a driver that would talk to us and ask how how enjoyed the city. It was Great we will call on this company again for all our trips!!

  • Great ride. Our driver was very professional and personable. The car was very comfortable and felt luxurious. There was a lot of traffic to the airport but I felt very well taken care of, delivered to the exact spot I needed to be dropped off. This way to and from the airport is heads above using an Uber.

  • Better journey than the arrival - but still the driver wasn't sociable - different driver, slighlty more chatty but not by much - at least thiis one smiled. Having said that, the timing and drive to the airport were brilliant.

    To be sure to get our flight we had to take a taxi to the airport and to pay the fare by ourselves.

  • Driver never showed up, called Carmel and was put on hold forever and then when I called back and was put through 4 times they claimed the driver was in front of the building which was not the case. When they went back to verify ? I was disconnected again ! As this all took more than 25 minutes and we had to catch a flight we took a hotel car. Unreliable service and bad customer service support !!!
